"I have been using Lee Novak to care for my cats for almost 9 years now, and will never use anyone else. She doesn't just feed my cats, she cares for them. This could include anything from giving treats, to exercising them with toys, to spending time just sitting so they could snuggle on her lap. (etc.!) Her attention to detail has endeared her to me: noting that my cat needed some brushing, or a nail clip, etc. When I had to leave town, the day after one of my cats passed away, she actually stayed the entire night (on the couch!) in order to comfort my remaining cat. I don't actually have enough room to list all the ways she goes above and beyond. (she also brings in the mail and newspaper, checks your thermostat, and will call you if anything is amiss with your house or your pet.) She is truly the best, I cannot recommend her enough."
